To view GrupoJK current prices and place orders you must first register with us. Simply complete the form below and click the ‘Register’ button. Once we have reviewed your information you will be emailed about your account activation. This login information will allow you to view product codes, prices, current stock levels, prices (individually and volume) and will allow you to place an order with us. 

We don’t have minimum order quantity.  There is normal delivery charge depending on the order.

For mainland Great Britain customers, all small item orders are usually dispatched via Parcelforce using a next working day service/24 hour service.  All large orders are shipped on pallet delivery using a three working day service. For offshore customers (such as Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/Scottish Highlands & Islands) and International locations, the cost of shipping will be dependent on the size and weight of the consignment. The rates will vary and we will contact you with shipping costs before any payment is taken and the order despatched. We may need to use an alternative shipping company with international orders and these will require different shipping transit times.

When an order is placed, you will be sent an email to confirm your purchase and a unique reference number for your order.

The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order. If, in the instance, your item is out of stock or you are ordering a bespoke item a 50% deposit must be made. This deposit is non-refundable after 3 days from date of order and cannot be used against a future purchase should the customer change their mind. Please be sure about your order to avoid these charges.

The goods will not be delivered on the agreed delivery date unless cleared funds for the entire purchase price have been received in full 4 days prior to the agreed delivery date.

All the out of stock or upcoming items in the order will be delivered once arrive back in stock. Most items are in stock and as our reproduction furniture is hand-made, the re-order time for goods can be between 8-12 weeks. We aim to be as accurate as we can with delivery estimates but they are not binding. Delays may occur in shipping which we have no control of and we ask our customers to be patient should unforeseen delays occur.

All international deliveries are dispatched through our international couriers. The service is door to door and you will be contacted by your local Customs department when your item has landed prior to delivery to your home, so you will know exactly when to expect it. Please don’t forget  there will be an import tax payable locally in most countries and/states which vary for your item(s). Before you make your purchase contact us on email (is best) due the different time zones confirming your zip code or address and we will provide you with a price for the shipping prior to your purchase. Alternatively, you can make your purchase online and we will contact you to adjust the shipping costs before dispatch and confirmation of your order.

At the present time, we do not have premises. You can visit us at our warehouse or to one of our upcoming trade shows.
